How Frequency Healing Connects to the Body
Your body has seven main energy centres — from the base of your spine to the top of your head.
Each centre vibrates at a specific frequency.
When a centre is blocked or out of balance, your whole energy system can feel stuck, heavy, or disconnected. Frequency healing uses specific tones — such as 396 Hz for the Root, 528 Hz for the Solar Plexus and Heart, and 963 Hz for the Crown — to gently resonate with each centre.
The sound does not force anything. It simply invites the centre to remember its natural vibration. As the frequency washes through your body, tension releases, emotions move, and your energy begins to flow again.
How Frequency Healing Connects to the Earth
Your body is not separate from the Earth. The Earth has its own frequency.
The Schumann Resonance (7.83 Hz)
A natural electromagnetic pulse that surrounds the planet. When you are grounded,
your body synchronises with this pulse.
Frequency healing using 432 Hz bowls is specifically tuned to resonate with the Earth's natural harmonics.

What to Expect in a Session
A frequency healing session follows a straightforward protocol. The client lies down, fully clothed, on a comfortable futon. No active participation is required beyond breathing and listening.
Crystal singing bowls are placed nearby, and a Solfeggio chime may also be used.
Sessions typically last between 60 and 90 minutes.
Many clients have reported experiencing deep relaxation during the session.
A sense of lightness, mental clarity, and emotional grounding may be experienced afterwards.
Who Is This For?
Frequency healing is for anyone who feels stuck, stressed, disconnected, or simply curious.
It is not a replacement for medical care, but it is a gentle complement to any healing journey.
You do not need to believe in anything. You only need to be open to feeling.

Energy Centres
Your body is not just bones, muscles and blood.
It's also energy, and that energy flows through specific places in your body.
From the base of your spine to the top of your head.
These places are called Energy Centres (or Chakras).
They are not physical - you can not see them or touch them, but you can feel them. In fact, you already have.
Each Energy Centre has a corresponding Platonic Solid.
Platonic Solids are the visual language of the Energy Centre.
They are three-dimensional, they exist in space, they have volume
they are the building blocks of matter.
The Solids are the body of the Energy Centre.

639 Hz – The Bloom
Heart / Nature.
Weave the heart of the Earth back into harmony.
Mudra: Index fingers extended forward like an antenna, thumbs touching, other fingers folded. Hold at the chest.
852 Hz – The Seeing
Third Eye / Ether.
Open the cosmic eye. Receive the blueprint.
Mudra: Right hand over left, palms up, thumbs touching. Hold at the brow or in the lap.
David has been weaving these three tones into a single track—a sonic offering that you can sit with, wherever you are.
Note: The Elemental Correction
These three frequencies and their accompanying mudras are not taken from the old maps.
They are a reflection of the elemental correction that runs through all of The Living Flow.
Remembering that Fire belongs in the Sacral,
Water in the Throat, and the Ether and Sun are the active broadcasters of the new Earth.

417 Hz (Sacral / Fire): The creative spark. The ignition of the new. We hold the Broadcast Mudra—index and middle fingers extended, ring and pinky folded, thumbs touching. We send this frequency into the Earth's grid to clear the old blocks and ignite new life.

639 Hz (Heart / Nature): The bloom of connection. The weaving of the planetary Heart back into harmony. We hold the Transmission Mudra—index fingers pointing forward like an antenna, thumbs touching, other fingers interlocked and folded gently inward. We broadcast love into the field.
Position your hands over your heart with your
fingers acting as an antenna.
The tone is Ah
852 Hz (Third Eye / Ether): The cosmic vision. The opening of the planetary Third Eye to receive a new blueprint. We hold the Vision Mudra—right hand resting in the left, thumbs touching, hands open and receptive. We receive clarity and broadcast it outward.
The easiest position is to place your hands in your lap.
